Dayz and operation arrowhead

Okay, my friend just got his pc and he has dayz and both the arma games required, i really want to play with him and i already have arma 2 but i dont want to spend the extra 20 bucks for operation arrowhead. could i download a torrent for operation arrow head and be able to play dayz? thanks for the help
