Can this build run dayz standalone medium-high at 30 or higher fps?

Nope, sadly dayz requires a stronger cpu at the moment because it is poorly optimized, and you would want no lower than a 7790 or gtx 750 ti

the intel cpu's run the standalone better due to higher core performance. even an i3 would perform better than the processor chosen (though sadly it would still cost more)
