Dayz FPS Low

When I play DayZ (the standalone new game, Alpha) I get bad fps when I have it on Very High Graphics. I have a gtx 780, and I believe I should be able to run it a very high, I've tried High too and Its about the same. Please tell me whats going on.

I've been seeing a lot of problems with this game, including FPS issues as well as higher than normal temps. I'd wager it's just due to the alpha stage. Especially if the only problems you have are in this game.
