ah, there are a few possibilities, the most likely one is that your 560 is running out of vram, also your cpu is kinda buggy. run the game and see what the vram usage is on your 560, if it goes above 95%, thats the problem.

well, lower all the settings that take a lot of vram, such as AA and resolution, but if you want those settings turned up, and it is maxing your vram, the only way to fix it is to get a new graphics card.

the GPU never passed 50%
It means that your CPU is bottlenecking the GPU.
Dayz is unoptimized, your CPU is weak. Even the i7 and i5 only get 25-40 fps in cities.

Wait... My CPU is pretty good though, I would think my GFX is bottle necking ...
yes, especially if you have a slow internet connection.
As the game updates and gets better, will they make it less heavy on one piece of hardware and balance it out?
So it can run smoothly for a lot more people?
@icarsis
no.. the fx 6100 is a weak CPU, it's not a true 6 core, and has lower instructions per cycle/clock/seconds compared to i3/fx-6300. I can't say about the server can make lower fps
and also please notice the difference between lag and low fps. Lag = connection/network problem. Low FPS = poor hardware, which is your problem
first of all, a fx 6100 IS a true 6-core cpu. and in general, intel is faster and more expensive than amd.
no it's not... read this. It has 3 modules, consisting with 2 integer and 1 FP cores per module, the cache and the pipeline is also shared within the module...
yes, 3 modules with 2 cores each, it has 6 cores, but it pairs 2 cores per module. it still has 6 threads, the only real difference is that 2 cores will share cache.

yes that means not a true 6 core processor, what am i missing here? threads are logical, cores are physical, 1 true core means 1 integer and 1 FP and the pipeline and cache must not be shared. Even the windows 8.1 stated that fx 6xxx has 3 cores, and fx-8xxx has 4 cores
