Dayz standalone freezing

My game freezes for 20-30 seconds every 30 minutes roughly.When it freezes I can still hear sound and the game never crashes it just comes back.When I freeze other players have said I continue to run on.Need help soon and will cooperate as best I can.Would just like to update that this happens in h1z1 and arma3,although in h1z1 when I turn on vsync it delays the freeze or stops it for many hours.This vsync setting only stops it in h1z1 but not in the other two games

Need system specs, including power supply brand and model.
Have you checked temperatures while gaming? HWMonitor will work for that.

Could be video card issue, power supply, RAM, drivers, quite a few things.

Power supply is XFX TS550 WATT
video card is GEFORCE GTX 960
Motherboard is AMD F2A88XM-DS2
Processor is AMD Athlon 860k
I have 8GB of DDR RAM
I have windows 10 home

Temperatures in game in package fluctuate between 71 degrees Celsius and 87 degrees Celsius
Temperatures in game in video card-TMPINO fluctuate between 50degrees Celsius and 71 degrees Celsius
