Dayz Standalone help

Is there a reason other than dayz being unstable that while playing i only get 10 - 30 fps avg 20 720p my pc specs are

Amd FX-4130 @4.6Ghz
8GB DDR3
650 Ti OC
Asrock 970 pro3

i dont know why i cant play this i cant even play gmod because i avg 15 fps but i play bf3 online 1080p ultra 2aa @ 60-80 fps bf4 @ 30-50fps i dont know what to do other than upgrade at this point. i dont wanna do that of corse so if there are any good ways to increase fps please let me know thank you! 😀

DayZ is very unoptimized and your CPU is definitely holding you back, although even high end PC's stutter with DayZ a bit

Thought so it did me well for a cheam 40 doller oem cpu 😛 do you think i should go ahead and get an fx 6300 or should i go intel with the pentium g3258 and clock it at 4.6 aswell and upgrade to an i5 3570k later

Honestly I'd save for an FX-8320 and OC, much better option and not really very pricey
