DayZ Standalone issue :/

So I was playing DayZ and I saw a zombie and ran and hid in a shed. I hid behind some crates and for no reason it made me lay down...I pressed the key to stand up and I did but as soon as I hit an direction key it forced me to lay back down.

Has anyone else had this issue? Please help !
