DayZ standalone performance issues!!

I've posted numerous threads regarding other games such as Arma 3, FarCry 4 (Which had over 7,000 reads) and everybody has said that I should be able to run these games at ultra at well over 60 FPS. My question to the readers and members of this website, Why can't I run DayZ standalone at over 40 FPS? Here are my specs:

Processor: AMD FX 8350 @ 4.0GHz
CPU Cooler: Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO
Video Card: NVIDIA GTX 770 ACX cooling
Motherboard: Asus M5 A99X
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 4 GB sticks)
Hard Drive: Samsung Evo 840 130GB

Has anybody came across any tricks that has helped them boost their frames Allot? ? Any suggestions will be read and tried in game.

DayZ is a really high cpu intensive game and it dosent runs well on AMD Hardware
Dont loose hope you can try this
Run DayZ launcher
Minimize the game
Go to task manager
Right click at Dayz launcher and select 'set affinity...'
See if all cores have a tick at their left side
If they have then select only 6 of them and if they dont have then select all of them
It could help you maybe
