DayZ Standalone won't use my second GPU

I tried right-clicking and using "Run with Nvidia High Performance" and enabling the Nvidia GPU in the Nvidia settings. When I preview it by right-clicking and looking at the possible ways to run the game it still has Integrated Graphics selected and not Nvidia.

I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop with a Nvidia GT540M. It should run the game fine but the game refuses to select my proper GPU.

Your PC will always utilize the integrated GPU for desktop and 2d applications, when you start the game and are in, it will switch to your nvidia, if you tabbed out for example it switches back to integrated. I havent yet come across a way to fully disable integrated graphics on mobile platforms.
