Hello I have an old Dazzle DVC 80 RCA/ S-Video to USB that I use to convert tapes from my old Sony Handycam to digital and burn on discs. I built my new computer and I need to use it to copy a lot of clips, probably about 12-16 hours worth of tapes but I stumbled into a problem. I'm running Windows 8.1 64 bit and the only driver Pinnacle has for is for Windows XP. I tried installing it in compatibility mode and I installed AmCap. AmCap will recognize it as "Cirrus Logic" and its only a video source, no audio. When I switch the video source from my actual Webcam to that it brings up an error that it was unable to add the source. I really dont want to do this but I have an extra SATA laptop drive that will fit in my case and an XP boot disk, thing is I really dont want to keep taking my side panel off and transfer my wires from my 1TB 3.5" drive to the XP drive. Anyone have anything to try? Thanks
