DB-15 To USB Adapter?

I would like to know if the DB-15 connector has a USB adapter cable. If not, what kind of adapter cables are there?

DB15 is USUALLY a VGA video port. What are you trying to connect between a VGA port and USB?

The connector is for a joystick i found in my basement.

There are adapters -- https://www.pccables.com/products/70608.html I don't know how well they work. I have never used one ..

Thanks for the input! I have Windows 10 so i'm not sure if it will work, but i'll try it out. I'll try to remember that it is a "game port" too!
