So I recently decided to upgrade my 32 bit Windows to 64. Windows was installed on an SSD so I decided to use DBAN to remove it. Part way through the process I learned dban is bad for SSDs. So part way through the process I stopped Dban and booted from the Windows install disk. I formatted the drive and installed Windows. Is this okay?

Solution
I'm sure it's ok. SSD's are good for years of reads/writes. The next time you want to safely erase an SSD, get a utility like parted magic to secure erase the SSD. Most drives have a secure erase feature built into them. Parted magic can access that feature.
