Good evening.
I asked awhile ago on this forum about graphics cards for the HP Compaq DC5800 Microtower (not SFF). Link to that thread : http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-3661700/graphics-cards-dc5800-microtower.html?utm_medium=email&utm_source=forum_email&utm_campaign=EPR-8809 .I received some info and have been busily researching graphics cards since then. Using pc-specs.com, I researched compatible cards for my motherboard, and discovered the following three options:

https://www.amazon.com/MSI-Profile-PCI-Express-R6450-MD1GD3-LP/dp/B004X6ABTM/ref=pd_sbs_147_7?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B004X6ABTM&pd_rd_r=G08T5CW28CWV1YAWBZ33&pd_rd_w=qD0f8&pd_rd_wg=yMEpQ&psc=1&refRID=G08T5CW28CWV1YAWBZ33

https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-Passive-Graphics-01G-P3-1313-KR/dp/B00498305G/ref=sr_1_2?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1529192238&sr=1-2&keywords=geforce%2B310&th=1

https://www.amazon.com/AMD-1CX3M-Radeon-Profile-Graphics/dp/B00F5Q7R1O/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1520810880&sr=8-3&keywords=512mb+pcie+video+card

I'm 100% new to putting GPUs in computers and, since I'm not the wealthiest of PC users, I need to make sure I don't destroy my only PC by putting in the wrong card, or a card that requires more power than my 300w PSU can provide. Basically all I want to do here is add multiple monitors to my computer, no gaming. Would any of these three cards work in my machine, and is there anything else I need to do to make them work well (IE, replace the PSU, etc). I was originally leaning towards the GT 210, but I'm really not convinced. What would you PC builders out there pick?
PC info:
Current PSU : 300W max
Motherboard : Hewlett Packard Model 2820h (http://www.pc-specs.com/mobo/HP/HP_2820h/3427)
BIOS Version : HP 786F2 v01.51
CPU : Intel Core 2 Duo (E8400) at 3 Ghz
System Type & OS : 32 bit Windows 7

Sorry for the overload of information. I've had really good luck talking with the people on this forum in the past, and I thank anyone who answers in advance for their help.
