"I have tried apart everything", is not very usefull to us as we have no idea what you have and have not tried.
The tp-link is what your router is, and netcomm whatever is your modem.
A modem takes the connection from your ISP and converts it to etherent (both as a cable type and as a protocol).
A router takes that single IP address and Ethernet connection and provides all of the logic, addressing and basic security to allow multiple computers to use it.
Now "netcomm" does not help me much because you did not state a model number.
If the netcomm box is a cable modem (your ISP sends it's data over a TV Coax cable), then you should have DD-WRT set to automatic dhcp in the WAN side.
If it is a dls modem (internet over your phone line)...
