hi, i have this module running 1333mhz, bios timings (auto) 9-9-9-24. if i set manual 8-8-8-24 , i am doing overclock?.

If the specs call for 9-9-9-24 1333 then to a degree you are in fact OCing the DRAM as you are running it slightly faster than spec, which is fine, many of us tighten the timings down for better performance 😉
