I want to upgrade my RAM from 4GB to 8GB. Which memory from these will be best for P5Q Pro with Xeon X5460?

I didn't look at it, but in my experience with this era boards, I would go with the first or last modules you listed. Adata may be too new technology and the Corsair with the tall heatsinks may not fit properly.

Only first one from my list are in QVL. This corsair whith high heatsink will be fit in my MB.

I dont think so. Now my cpu is running 9.5x400 wich gives stable 3.8GHz.

Then any of them should work and I stand by my recommendation of the first or last.

At those speeds though, if you can OC the ram, you would benefit from it. There were pc2-8500 (1066) kits available back in the day (and higher), but they're expensive now due to their rarity.
