If i buy asus micro atx mother board ddr4 and graphic card nvidia gtx 960 which is ddr 5 will be the graphic card be compatible?

Your DDR4 ram on motherboard and GDDR5 on the graphic card are separate worlds, there is no matching at all between those two. You only need to have matching kits for your main RAM (on motherboard).
