DDR Settings in BIOS

I am curious about what I should set the DDR settings to in my BIOS. Do I set them to what the timing/voltage and all that good stuff says on the card? Or do I do slightly less? I have seen some people complain that the DDR that they purchased was not running at the stated stats. I barely understand overclocking GPUs and did not know you could over clock DDR until today hahaha. So basically do I set the settings to what the card says, or is that considering over clocking? I know that over clocking DDR does not really give that much of a performance boost.

Solution
The usual and easiest way is to leave memory settings (Voltage, Frequency, and Timings) in BIOS on automatic (Auto). The system will (try to) configure the best memory settings automatically.

The only reasons for manually adjusting memory settings in BIOS is when overclocking of memory is wanted, or when the system is unable to automatically make (best and/or stable) memory settings.
