Hi. I bought an used motherboard 667Mhz ASRock G31m-s with 2X2GB DDR2 800MHz ram modules (VDATA VD2800002GOU VDQVF1B16 ). I have installed core 2 quad Q6600 processor but not yet hard disk with OS. I noticed in bios that the ram modules runs at 667Mhz (not at 800Mhz).

Before I installed the motherboard and the cpu, I removed bios battery for 10 minutes, so I suppose that the motherboard has the default settings. Can I set manually the frequency of ram modules to 800Mhz from bios?

Here https://download.asrock.com/Manual/G31M-S.pdf at page 32 there is an option called "Dram frequency". But it is in auto. If you read auto=the modules frequency. I believe that if auto otion is choosed the frequency must be 800Mhz. Thank you in advance!

edit: Also Flexibility Option set disabled or enabled for 800Mhz ddr2 modules?
DRAM Voltage to auto?
