DDR2 Inflation

i wanted to get some DDR2 but the price of it has doubled and tripled why has ddr2 inflated so much when its becoming a obsolete technology? and when is ddr2 going to come back down?

wondering the same, 4GB kit were down to $65 AUD and now they are $119 AUD and AUD has gone up against USD.

I won't come down. Even frys is going from $60>70>? about every 2-3 weeks. DDr2 is being phased out, so supplies will drop, leading to stability in prices at some point when supply equals demand.
