I am about to order some additional memory for a desktop computer I am working on. It currently has a single 2-gig stick and I'm looking to buy a second one, to bring the total to 4 gigs. I want to make sure I buy the same kind. I am using CPU-Z to look at what I presently have, and its says its DDR2, and on the max bandwidth it says "PC2-6400 (400mhz)". I am on newegg and am trying to match this up with what they are selling. Do I want DDR2 400 - PC2 3200 or do I want DDR2 800 - PC2 6400? I would think the 400 and 800 in those names are in mhz, which seems to contradict what I am getting out of CPU-Z. Prices are the same so I guess I should just order the 6400.

Thanks

Good thought, I just went on ebay and found the same brand. I purchased it that way, and gave the seller my model number in hopes that he has a match within his lot.
