DDR2 RAM are not working in a pair

I have a two ddr2 2gb ram

both are working but not together.
also both rams slots are fine on my Intel Desktop board D945GCPE motherboard .

As I checked both slots ram is running individually in either of the slots .

but I don't know the reason why they are not working together in a pair !

What are the timings for each stick? You probably need to manually set the timings in the bios. Set them for the slowest timing of each stick.

If if the 2 stick are different speed, voltage or CAS, they m,ight not be working.
If you can get into bios and modify the fastest one to match the slowest.
Could also be that the mobo cannot run mixed memory. I had that problem with other intel mobo.

Previously they were working fine but suddenly they stopped working together.
They are identical sticks but not running together can you link me the tutorial vid on youtube or somewhere to resolve the issue ?

I am not that much good with bios but I have good understanding of troubleshooting but I am very unknown to the terms you've used . thank in advance

both sticks are identical and don't know about the timing thing . how to find it out ? thanks for the reply

Most sticks have the timings wrote on them. If it's DDR2 you can try setting it to 5-5-515 @ 667MHz and 1.8v.
