Can I use my ddr2 pentium processed on ddr4 mother board....And plz can u tell me that if I buy a ddr4 mother board can I put the ddr2 speedfan USB ports and all other stuff s...

No, your old cpu will not be compatible with any motherboard that uses ddr4. Never heard of "ddr2 speedfan USB ports" and neither has google so can't be any help there.
