DDR3 1066 Memory won't work.

So I recently bough a BIOSTAR A780L3G mobo and I bought a Kingston 4gb DDR3 1066 stick of memory to go with it. Well I installed the memory but for some reason it won't display video when i put it in. Video can be displayed when I place a 1GB DDR3 1333 but my mobo only has 2 memory slots. Does anyone know if there is a setting I can change in the bios to allow for a 4gb stick?

Did you install both ram together? If yes, then mixing with different speed memory cause this.

No, I had a Kingston single 4GB stick of 1066 and that one wouldn't display video. Is it possible that the memory is bad?

Looks like it is bad. Your mobo is supported for 1066mhz speed memory.

The memory was bad, I shipped it to newegg last week. Hopefully it will get there soon.
