DDR3 1333Mhz just read 800Mhz

My current cpu P DC E5800 mobo Acer Veriton M480 DDR3 1333Mhz. Why my DDR3 just read 800Mhz in my sytem Win7 64..

I think you are a bit confused.
Because 800Mhz is correct.

800Mhz per channel at Double data rate up and down asynchronously.
800Mhz x 2 = 16000Mhz.

666Mhz x 2 = 1333Mhz.
