DDR3-2400 9-CAS Ram v/s DDR3-2800 11-CAS RAM?

What will be better,
a DDR3 2400MHZ Corsair Dominator Platinum RAM with 9-11-11-31 latency,
OR
a DDR3 2800MHZ GSkill TridentX RAM with 11-14-14-35-2N latency?
No budget, no worry of money, please tell me which one will be much faster (overall)?? :?? I am confused

Always get the better timings when the FREQUENCIES of the RAM sticks are SAME.. Otherwise, the higher frequency will be the better performer if your motherboard supports that speed...

Most chipsets and motherboards these days will have no benefit of anything higher than 2400MHz. So based on price and timings the 2400MHz is the king of the hill.

My motherboard (asus maximus vii formula) supports upto 3200MHZ RAM...
