Hi

getting a new rig soon.

Processor: Core 2 Quad Q9550
Mainboard: EVGA i750 FTW SLI board
Graphics: Gainward GTX 285
Other Stuff: CM Storm Scout with the extra fans, Akasa AK-967 cooler, OCZ Freeze paste)

Plan to overclock for maximum performance gaming.
Current RAM Selection: DDR2 - OCZ Blade 1150 MHz, Timings: 5-5-5-18
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-170-OC&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=817
£57.99

Should I replace the RAM above with either of these:
OCZ Reaper 1333 MHz, Timings: 6-6-6-20
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-166-OC&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=1387
£47.99 (CHEAPER)

OR

OCZ Reaper 1800 MHz, Timings: 8-8-8-27
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-164-OC&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=1387
£67.99 (More Expensive)

would either of these give me a big advantage?

What makes you think you could use any ram with that motherboard? The 750i FTW is strictly a DDR2 compatible motherboard. Having said that you definately picked a good set of ram, in fact one of the best. OCZ makes a 1200MHz one with the same specs.

Doh! ... Yes I see that now. :) lol... I figured if it supported Q9550 it would handle 1333 MHz RAM.

So does this mean that the OCZ Blade can only run at a max of 1066Mhz on this board?
