Question DDR3 CL-9 VS CL-10

I have a PC with 4GB RAM DDR3 CL-9 1333MHz with Core 2 Quad Q9500 and GTX 750 Ti, i bought a 2GB RAM DDR3 but its CL-10, now i have 6GB CL-10 1333MHz at CPU-z
is it better to have higher CL or no i'm new to ram
-simple who is better CL-9 or CL-10 both at 1333MHz

Amount of RAM is in no way connected to Cas Latency but in your case, if your applications require more RAM, than I would give it advantage to Cl. Just make sure that at least some RAM pairs run in Dual chanel or advantage may be lost.

For gaming, having something more modern than a C2Q 9500 is better...

It doesn't matter what you put in.

All the sticks will run at the lowest (slowest) common speed.

Having more than 4GB RAM is more important than worrying about 1 CL. Once you get >8GB the amount of RAM isn't going to matter much though.
