Can I use DDR3 Graphics Card on my GA-150M-HD3 DDR4 motherboard?

DDR3 Graphics cards are pretty old by now. But yes it will work fine on a new system. If you plan on gaming it will be not a good upgrade likely unless you plan to change the graphics card.

Any mobo that has a PCI-e x16 slot will support any graphics card irrespective of memory type. As for your mobo it has a PCI-e x16 slot, so it is supported.

For gaming, a minimum of a GT 730 with GDDR5 memory.

it will work on that motherboard but its a bad idea for gaming
