Go for the 750M, it looks like its a generation behind since its a 700 series vs the 800 series, but the faster VRAM as well as the x50 means its a much better in the hierarchy.

My rule of thumb when comparing cards from two generations is the +/- 90 trick i.e. the 750M (+90) means it would be close to a 840M, likewise the 820M (-90) is closer to the 730M. This method doesn't work all the time but more often than not its REALLY close.
