DDR3 has less voltage = Less Heat and Less Power???

Just clearing this up here. I am looking for some decent DDR3 for a small budget AM3 rig. From what I am seeing, modules that are about 1.5V of power don't have heatsinks. Most DDR2 from about DDR2800 and upward have heatspreaders/sinks.

So, should I be concerned that this kind of RAM (DDR3 1333) does not have heatsinks.

Additionally, I suspect they would draw less power as well. Thanks for any replies.
