I have two option

i7-3770
1TB HDD
128 GB SDD
16 GB ddr3 RAM

and

i5-6500
1TB HDD
128 GB SDD
16 GB ddr4 RAM

one system is with better performing CPU but lower ram speed and another is with weaker CPU but higher ram speed
which system should I choose for video editing?

if I render the same video project with both of this systems, then how long in minutes will be the job done difference?

It's not just as simple as comparing MHz DDR3-1600 --> DDR4-2400 because the CAS latency is greater on the DDR4-2400.

The bigger difference is going to be comparing the actual CPUs.
