I am willing to make some extreme overclocking to my old system.

This is a challenging goal because I am running different kits in the system.

  1. First kit: 2 x 2GB Corsair Dominator 1333MHz, 9-9-9-24, 1.5V
  2. Second kit: 2 x 8GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz, 10-10-10-27, 1.35V
Actually I can run both kit by setting the timings to 10-10-10-27 at 1600MHz with 1.5V

But my motherboard (ASRock Z68 Extreme 4) shows me that there are 1866MHz and 2133MHz options.

Can I reach those speeds with my actual kit combination?

No. I don't think so. That's a big overclock for the first kit to handle. The second kit might get to 1866 if you bump the voltage and increase the timings.
I have another question, I have searched if my processor (intel i7 2600) can handle those speeds and intel page appears that it can only supports 1066/1333MHz.
But how I am running 1600MHz now?

it wont go over the 1600 and your lucky that the 1333 ram run at this speed use cpu-zspd and check the jedec to see the fastest speed they could go on xmp also those ram have mixmatch voltages so the vengeance could go of if voltages on them is not supported in specs .

It shows that can only go up to 1600MHz as you said.

But i tried to go up to 1866MHz and is functioning with timings: 10-12-10-30

I am not thinking to go to 2133MHz because its really high and i think it will damage the Ram
