DDR3 RAM Downclocking (1600 to 1333)

Well i bought 4gb DDR3 1600 mhz ram but my motherboard(ASUS P7H55MLX) and CPU (i3 540) doesnt support it..... i changed DRAM frequency to 1333 and DRAM Voltage to 1.5 and also changed DRAM Timings to : 9 9 9 27.
but pc freezes at the windows logo,,,,
im not sure i used right timings... can you help me pls?

What's the RAM speced for? the motherboard should default to working timings on install. Try loading bios defaults.

i already did it but it just freezes on windows logo or keeps restarting...
