DDR33, CL2, CL2.5???

What is the real big difference between having CL2 and Cl2.5 memory. I read the article which mentions that "...However, optimal performance with the VIA KT333 is only attainable when used in conjunction with a fast DDR333 module and CL2.0."

I thought I hit the jackpot when I saw thought that I actually found a "true" PC2700 DIMM http://www.memman.com/itemdetail.asp?itemid=991" running with a CL=2.0, it uses Samsung DRAMshttp://samsungelectronics.com/semiconductors/DRAM/DDR_SDRAM/256M_bit/K4H560838C/k4h5604(08)38c.htm, but from reading all of that mumbo jumbo, I can't tell if that is REALLY the DDR333 DIMM with a CL=2.0 that is recommended.

Any comments would be appreciated!

well if it bears out you may have indeed found something .. the only other pc2700 I have heard of at 2.0 is corsair and it is nearly 140.00 USD for 256 mb and according to the ddr333 mobo review here it did not run well at that timing
