DDR4 2133 mhz ram running at 1066 mhz

Yesterday I got an i3 6100 and a new motherboard and some kingston hyperx ddr4 ram, everything seems to work great except for programs like cpu-z and speccy showing my ram running at 1066 mhz when its supposed to run at 2133, can anyone tell me why this is happening and how I can get it to run at full speed?

Its DOUBLE Data Rate. It's running at 2133MHz. 1066 x2 signals.

DDR4 DDR= Double Data Rate, 1066MHZ * 2 = 2133MHZ, you ram is functioning as intended.
