ddr4 2133 tweaks affect 3d modelling performance?

Blender is wearing me down because it doesn't have proper support for my MSI RX 470 (should have picked nvidia cards) which leaves me with my 'sloppy' i5 6400 and a kingston hyperx ddr4 2133 while my gpu's chillin' its ass.

Just wondering if I can improve my PC's performance by tweaking the RAM (maybe voltage?) but cant do that because I aint got sufficient knowledge on that field. Maybe you guyz could help me out, at least a dummy guide to voltages and stuff.

MSI RX 470 4G
i5 6400
Kingston HyperX DDR4 2133
MSI B150m Bazooka
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200rpm

Only thing you could do with a motherboard like that is maybe tighten timings which would not give you the performance you seek.
Either get a gpu that is supported or live with it.Looking at that does the gpu seem to be supported for "OpenCL",

Blender does support AMD GPU's but not all of the features that I badly need. One of them is volume shading.

Too many 'X' marks makes me regret I have an AMD gpu 🙁

In that case you might want to consider selling the current gpu and buying an Nvidia gpu.
