Question DDR4 2x8GB on Asrock B365 Phantom Gaming 4

Tomorrow I'm going to build my new PC, I think I'm completely ready to install it but I don't understand one thing: I have 2x8 GB DDR4, in which slot do I need to put it in? This is what it says in the manual:

Do I need to put it in A1 and B1 or A2 and B2?

Motherboard: Asrock B365 Phantom Gaming 4
Ram: HyperX Fury RGB 2x8GB 2666Mhz

put it in A2 and B2 (priority 1)
A1+B1 is used when u have 4 sticks
