[SOLVED] DDR4 3000MHz CL16 vs. DDR4 3200MHz CL20

Hey guys, I got a gaming laptop and want to upgrade the from 8 Gb to 32 Gb
I'm deciding between these two options and not sure which would be better as one has higher Mhz and the other has lower CL

Corsair Vengeance 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3000MHz CL16 SODIMM (CMSX32GX4M2A3000C16)

Kingston HyperX Impact 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3200MHz CL20 SODIMM (HX432S20IBK2/32)


Also, if you have a better recommendation for laptop ram than these two that would be great. The laptop currently has a 8 Gb Cl22 3200 SK Hynix HMA81GS6DJR8N-XN
