DDR4 3200 Corsair RAM Speed

Hello,

I got an asrock z170 extreme 4 and CPU-Z my DDR4 3200 (16GB Corsair Vengeanc) only running at 2133 (1066MHz) in the "SPD" "Max Bandwith" tab?

How can i change it to 3200?

You don't/can't change anything in the SPD tab, that is simply info read off the SPD of the stick. What's important is what's in the Memory tab - it tells you what the DRAM is running at should show 1600 as the Frequency for 3200 DRAM (DDR = DOUBLE data rate).....max bandwidth is nothing more than the default boot data rate of the DRAM

I already changed the speed in the UEFI and now it says 1600MHz in the memory tab of CPU-Z (before it was like 1065MHz, so 2133 DDR4)

Yep, perfectly normal, prior to XMP it was at the mobos default of 2133 hence the 1065 😉
