Ddr4 3200 mhz c16 ram Vs 3000mhz c15 ram? (£8 difference)

I have an i5 6600k and an Rx 480 4 GB. I use my pc for gaming and work. My motherboard is an Asus z170m-plus

Well depends, Less latency is almost always better, but since the C16 Have more Speed(3200 vs 3000) there will be no big different you can notice from one to the other, They will be almost on pair. I would go with the most reliable brand and if both are from same brand/model, then i'll take the 3200 one. Since you would notice more the Higher Speed than the less Latency in normal use.
