Faster is better. Dont skimp on ram speed. The bridge connecting the dies inside of an amd ryzen cpu runs ar half of your ram speed. The faster your ram speed the faster your cpu can communicate with the io die and the rest of your pc. 3200 is a little better than 3000mhz for bandwith dependent tasks. It helps a small amount in games. Anything above 3200mhz is much more expensive for not much more performance. Ryzen can handle up to 3200 but not much more from my own experience. If you buy 3000 kit it will be a little slower than 3200. I would get the 3200 kit.
