Question DDR4-3600MHz CL16 2x16GB does not exist

AMD recommends that for the new Ryzen CPUs, but I can't find a single company on the planet that has a memory kit like what is in the title. It literally does not exist. Help??

Trying to find a memory kit that is:

DD4
3600MHz
CL16
2x16GB

Does not exist. Why?

Because AMD has said that 3600MHz CL16 is the best kind to get. I also been told many times that 2x sticks is the best combination. So I was 2x16GB 3600MHz CL16
