I have doubts to buy DDR4 128GB 3600 mhz or 4000 mhz RAM for my work only editing the video and 3D animations and I do not think about the game. What is 3200, 3600 and 4000 advisable for me?

I have Asus extreme IV encore board and Core i9-10980xe
Thanks

More RAM can help editing faster. But 128gb is overkill unless you are doing 6k/8k projects. As for speed, the faster the better. As for animation, RAM is not too significant though...

Its better to research about the softwares you would be using and their individual requirements as they can vary considerably.

If I work with the professional Resolve 4k video editing at 6k, is the memory G.Skill Trident Z RGB F4-4000C18Q-128GTZR ok or another model is better?

It is compatible with your platform. Check your Motherboard QVL list for best compatible kits. Kits in the QVL list are tested with the board and guaranteed to work. If its not tested doesn't mean it wont work but you need to try yourself and check. There is no guarantee. New RAM usually comes with a Return Window so you should be fine.
