Question DDR4 3600mhz running at 2400mhz

Hi! I recently bought a new mobo "asus rog strix z490-f", with i7-10700k and Hyperx Fury black 16gb 3600MHz. The ram only runs at 2400mhz according to task manager. So i read online i have to enable XMP in bios, so i went into bios and there was XMP 1 and 2 so it changed it from Auto to XMP1 and got a bluescreen when i saved bios? I switched back and it runs at 2400mhz Is there any proper way to do this or is my pc just bad?

You just need to enable XMP 2 form the bios settings.

And I am also sure the main reason is you PSU voltage.

Enabling XMP means overlooking. What's your PSU specs?

I have a 600watt psu i also have a 650 laying around is it worth switching? Can you tell me what volt i should increase to? Is it worth overclocking Ram?
