I upgraded my Ram from ddr4 3000/4=8gb to a ddr4 4800/2=16gb. When I turn on xmp it makes my pc going into safe mode /watchdog. I did notice my voltage for ram is 1.55 and is purple but the ram runs at 1.55. Also have a z590 e gaming asus motherboard.

Basically, DDR4 4800 is a very high memory overclock profile that may or may not work on any given setup. If XMP isn't working, I would manually overclock the RAM by configuring speed, timings, and voltages myself to achieve the highest stable speed possible.

I understand, just thought sense the motherboard stated that ram. It would be able to turn xmp on and that was it but clearly not the case.
