Hi, I have an Asus X99-deluxe motherboard.
https://www.asus.com/uk/Motherboards/X99DELUXE/HelpDesk_Download/
It had 4 x 8GB memory sticks in when I bought my machine giving me 32 GB or RAM (and 4 spare slots).
Recently I tried to increase the RAM to 64 GB, so I ordered exactly the same RAM again. (another 4 x 8GB memory sticks)

Once all the RAM is inserted, the machine will not boot (a red light comes on next to the memory), indicating a memory error.
I suspect that I have incorrectly ordered "CMK32" RAM, where I actually needed "CMK64" RAM,
It will be difficult to send it back to the shop, so my question is to confirm whether this RAM is actually compatible somehow...perhaps by updating the BIOS or something?
