In the midst of building a new pc and wondering how much ddr4 and psu would be the best.
Pervious pc specs:
Operating system - windows 10
Graphics card - 2047MB NIVIDIA Geforce GTX 750ti
Motherboard - MSI 760GM-P23(FX) (MS-7641) (CPU 1)
Processor - AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 (4cpus) ~3.0 GHZ
8.00 GB Dual Channel DDR3 @ 668MHz RAM
Direct x 11
Psu- ult lsp 550 atx
Ddr 3 8 gig
New pc specs:
The maximus hero viii
Intel i5 core 6600k
Gtx 750 ti ( planning on upgrading to something on the gtx 970 tier later down the road)
Operating system- Windows 10
Cpu fan- undecided
The monitor i use currently is a 32" 1080p flat screen if that info is needed.
So would my current psu be enough or should i get a newer once since i will be adding a better card? I don't plan on overclocking or using crossfire/SLI anytime soon.
Any and all help is much appericated.
