I don't really care about the LED or RGB lighting stuff.

All I need is a great performance ram, which is 16GB by the way.

My budget around 150-200 usd

i would like you to suggest one thing
you are getting Z370 Overclocking board why dont you go for the K series CPU
and Gskills Ram are good even if you want to RGB they can be controlled by the motherboard too and performs verywell

Well I chose this specific board because it has many functions that many boards do not.

Can you please recommend a good ram, because there are many rams here and there and I can't choose the best for me. Is it really matter between 2800Mhz and 3000Mhz, or C15 and C16?

it will be better if I just find a decent ram without making the price focusing on the lighting-propaganda-thing (sorry but it just an opinion). So, the money will go specifically on performance not the RGB.

Thank you. Is it normal that some memories are not located in support-memory page in the motherboard manufacturer website?

they only list the memory they have tested and don't have all memory made.
If it was for a AM4 build I would tell you to only buy from their QVL since the new AMD is picky.
