Hello everyone, I am new here!
I picked up a new laptop (GL502VMK) a month ago and I noticed that games and other intensive software crash randomly within 0-60 minutes (Maximum range). I looked into solutions and apparently a faulty ram could be the reason for all of this as I've tried all the following:
1) Get all the windows update.
2) Reinstall OS.
3) Update Drivers and download all C++ Redistributes (86/64x)
4) Stress test GPU and CPU which went fine.
5) Run Memtest86 (which failed).
Unfortunately, I don't fully understand the Memtest86 log files so I'll attach the screenshots here for anyone who is more educated on the subject to look into.
I need advice on how to fix this or what am I supposed to do now. My laptop is still in warranty so opening it from the back isn't an option for me.
Thank you for reading, I appreciate it.
